You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third person named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Special Feature of QR Code Products and Adhesive Films

Please note that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the QR code (Tribute Tag) of the product has been scanned or the adhesive film has been removed. These actions personalize or change the goods, thus excluding the right of withdrawal.

Sending your cancellation declaration before the cancellation period has expired is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Revocation

Upon your revocation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to a delivery method you have chosen that is more expensive than the standard delivery we offer), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the goods back or received proof of return, whichever comes earlier. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon; you will not incur any fees for this refund.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the production requires an individual selection or determination by you or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene and where the seal was removed after delivery.
